You acknowledge that by accessing and using this Website or Products provided by PetMall, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (Terms). We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Website you agree to be bound by any amended terms and conditions. In order to access some of the features of the Website you must register for an account with PetMall(“PetMall Account”) and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the Site registration form. You represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (c) your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation or the terms of this Agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PetMall Account login information. You are fully responsible for all activities that are associated with your PetMall Account (including but not limited to any purchases, use of the Site, or correspondence from your account to PetMall). You agree to keep your username and password information confidential and not share it with anyone. You agree to immediately notify PetMall of any unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use of your PetMall Account or any other breach of security. When you provide PetMall with such notice, PetMall will suspend or otherwise secure your Account to prevent future unauthorized activity.
We take the utmost effort to ensure that all details, descriptions, prices and other information that appear on the Site are accurate.
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us via email. If, for whatever reason, we cannot process your order, we will contact you on the phone number or Email you have provided us.
PetMall. If an ordered product is Out of Stock, we will also contact you to advise you on the expected waiting time. We’d also be happy to make alternative recommendations if you can’t wait for the Out of Stock product to arrive.
Errors will be corrected when discovered and PetMall reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). Certain orders constitute improper use of the Site. PetMall reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at PetMall’s sole discretion.
In the event that the Order(s) has been shipped to you and accepted by you, we reserve the right to request payment for the difference in price from you.
We aim to deliver your Order(s) to you within 2-5 working days. However, we shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays. PetMall does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays and we shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided in relation to the date and time of delivery. PetMall reserves the right not to ship to remote or rural locations.
Shipping & Delivery is free for orders S$60 and above. If your order falls below S$60, there will be a flat delivery charge of S$8. Please note that orders that fall below S$60 after application of discount voucher/code will incur a delivery fee of S$8.
Customers are strongly advised to check the Products purchased at the time of delivery to avoid any possible dispute. All Products leaving PetMall warehouse have been checked for product accuracy, quality(damage), not past its expiry date and quantity.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchased Product, you may return it to us within seven (7) days of the receipt. The Product shall be un-used; tags not tampered with and shall be in the original brand packaging (if applicable). This policy is applicable only to those products that do not fall under the list of non-refundable items provided for on our Site.
You shall ensure that the item you are returning is in the same condition as it was received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to not accept returns and send the item back to you.

To the best of our knowledge with regard to produce made by local suppliers, fresh, quality and tested ingredients are mainly used in the process. Should your pet have an allergic reaction to any of the food products and supplements, please stop feeding these foods to your pet immediately and consult to a veterinary doctor, referring him/her the full ingredients list.
The Company is only an authorized distributor of pet products and cannot be held directly responsible for any adverse effects caused by any of the products in the Company may have on your pet. However, to the best of our abilities, we try to ensure that we ship out products that are safe for consumption.
You shall ensure that you do not overfeed your dog and ensure the right amounts of foods are being given to your pet dependent on its size, age, and other health criteria.
We recommend that all opened bags should be stored in airtight containers or packaging away from sunlight in a cool, dry place, or as advised on the product packaging. We are unable to guarantee the food’s condition 2 weeks after it has been opened from its original packaging. Please contact us through [email protected] with your reference order number, we can assist you on food prevention and other supports.
You agree to indemnify and hold PetMall, our officers, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, joint ventures, successors, independent contractors, including veterinarians, and any other companies under common control with us harmless, including costs and attorneys’ fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (a) your use of the Site or Products, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of this Agreement, or (d) your interaction with such independent contractors or reliance on any advice provided by them. PetMall reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent of PetMall. PetMall will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
Petmall may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
